Returns Made Simple

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to return your cream for a full refund. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging, so we can keep things fair and sustainable.

How to Return

1. Drop us a line at care@cu-nu.com or use our contact form below with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning.
2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pop it in the mail, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over and process your full refund within 5-7 business days. The money will go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, but we’ll take care of the return shipping label for you.
